If I Came Back Home


If I came back home

From Heaven

To be with you

I ask myself 

What different 

Would I do


Within my heart

It describes to

My soul so

I would first

Of all tell

You how 

Much 

I never 

Wanted to go


I expected to 

Live longer

Than I did

I am sorry

I opened

Your heart 

To where

Your secrets

Were hid


My tongue 

It betrayed

Where stories

Last longer

This bed

I had made


When I left

My heart cut

Like a blade

Leaving you all

I became 

Afraid


 If I came

Back home

Again

I can stroke

Your body

Relieve 

Your pain

I wish

I wish yet

All in vain


Request for

You to understand 

Angel's above

Know how 

Much 

 love

Lives now

In Heaven's 

Land


What I would 

Do to be

Forever to

Be there with 

You

The strength of

love

We cannot unbind

I praised the

Lord for

Giving me

The time

I had

To be there

I am grateful 

He is so

Very kind.
