When  we  are born we hae (have) legs tae (to)walk wi ( with )

 When  we  are  born we hae ( have )tongue tae talk wi ( with ).

When we are born we hae ( have )  a hert ( heart ) tae ( to ) share wi ( with ).

When we dee ? die )we tak ( take ) it awe ( all ) wi ( with ) us except you're

Hert ( hert ) it is left behind. 

Folks ( people  friends loved one's widnae ( would not ) GI ( give ) you that fer ( for ) ye ( you ) tae ( to ) tak ( take ).

That wid ( would) be unkind  

We are born tae ( to ) hold  ontae ( on to ) what we hae ( hae got and yer ( you're  hert ( heart ) is the biggest oh ( of ) the lot.
